Customer Data Protection, Digital Banking Security & Confidentiality Framework
1. Introduction & Scope
The SPSR Nellore District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of customer personal, financial, and transactional data in strict compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable banking confidentiality statutes.
2. Collection of Information
We collect customer information strictly for KYC verification, opening accounts, disbursing loans (e.g. Karshaka Mitra, KCC), processing NEFT/RTGS remittances, issuing RuPay cards, and providing digital banking access. Personal data is never sold, leased, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
3. Digital & CBS Banking Security
All digital transactions via Core Banking Solutions (CBS), Mobile Banking, and Micro-ATMs use encrypted 256-bit SSL connections and comply with NPCI, RBI Cyber Security Framework, and ISO 27001 data center norms.
4. Customer Rights & Inquiries
Customers have the right to inspect and update their registered mobile number, address, and KYC details by visiting their home branch or writing to headoffice.nlr@nelloredccb.com.
