Key Features & Benefits
- Loan eligibility: Wet land (మాగాణి భూమి) up to ₹3 Lakhs per acre, Dry land (మెట్ట భూమి) up to ₹2 Lakhs per acre
- Valuation: 100% of S.R.O. (Sub-Registrar Office) basic value
- Repayment tenure: Flexible 10 annual installments with grace period
- Simple documentation and expedited disbursement through DCCB branches and affiliated PACS
Eligibility Criteria
- Owner cultivator farmers possessing clear land revenue records (Pattadar Passbook / 1B Adangal)
- Members of affiliated Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS)
- Age between 18 and 65 years with good credit standing
Documents Required
- Pattadar Passbook & latest 1B Adangal / Pahani
- Land possession and title deed verification
- Aadhaar card & PAN Card of applicant and guarantor
- Passport size photographs and PACS membership receipt
